No, you don’t need an appointment to visit the store. You can come anytime. However, if you wish, you can choose to book an appointment as an additional service. You can change or cancel your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. You can also reach out to Customer Service or your store for assistance changing an appointment.
Yes, basic alterations can be done by our in-store Tailors within 30 minutes, while more complex alterations can be done within 3 days. Please note that alterations are not included in the price of the garment.
All unworn, unaltered items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of receiving your returned merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email.
Yes, gift cards can be redeemed at all stores, except at our franchise stores. Gift cards cannot be redeemed at certain international locations. Physical gift cards purchased in any of the aforementioned stores can only be redeemed in the respective store.
