Drink is a bar that is entirely dedicated to the craft of the cocktail. It blends time-honored techniques and the classic cocktails of the prohibition era with modern innovation and the very best artisanal ingredients. The bar also offers a thoughtful collection of white, red, and sparkling wines, and a selection of various styles of craft beer. The interior of the bar, designed by Cheryl and Jeffrey Katz, reflects the roughelegant industrial feel of the Fort Point neighborhood and preserves the fantastic history of the building, once a wool warehouse.

Drink hosts a variety of events, including cider tasting and nose-to-tail pork feasts. They source their pigs from Chickering Farm in Westmoreland, NH, which has been farmed for seven generations with a focus on raising livestock humanely and without the use of growth hormones. They also serve wassail, a medieval English mulled cider, traditionally shared with friends and neighbors during the holidays.
